How to use

Application:

Add specification attributes to help your customers choose the most appropriate product or to share brand values.

Step 1	Preparation: Make yourself comfortable, lie on your back and relax your hips.
Step 2	Insertion: Gently insert the yoni egg vaginally with the bulbous side first – completely relaxed and without pressure.
Step 3	Activation: Consciously tense your pelvic floor muscles and then release. Repeat this for 5–10 minutes, with short breaks in between. Stay active as much as possible—for example, in everyday life or during gentle yoga.
Step 4	Removal: To remove, gently pull on the band while gently pressing down with your pelvic muscles.
Step 5	Cleaning & Care: Clean the egg with Soothing Cleansing Foam and lukewarm water, then pat dry. Do not use the egg during menstruation. For optimal training: Start with size L and increase to M or S as needed.

Top Qualität und auch super mit dem Cleanse, allerdings nur 4 Strene da man nicht richtig weiss wie gross das Ei ist, vielleicht überlegt Ihr euch ein Set mit 2 Grössen auf jedenfall ein gösseres wäre Top
