Forehead relaxation: Stroke from the middle of the forehead to the ear for 2-3 minutes. |

For puffy eyes: Use the small side to stroke over the eyelids towards the ear and under the eyes up to the ear for 2-3 minutes. |

Defined cheekbones: With the large side, sweep from the upper and lower lip to the ear. Then, from the tip of the chin, sweep along the bone to the ear. |

Firm your jaw and neck: For 2-3 minutes, stroke from the lower jaw over the cheeks to the upper jaw. Repeat from the underside of the jaw along the neck to the collarbone. |
